DYSU #60 Distress

We have another new challenge up over at Do You Stack Up with week! A great excuse to get out your inks and get messy.

Here is my card....

I distressed the red spot and love papers with Walnut Distress Ink. I couldn't find my distressing tool so used my fingernail to distress the kraft paper. The love paper has also had the corners curled over.

I got to play with this gorgeous Bugaboo image, Ava and Deacon Love Word. I coloured with promarkers and layered on top of another label, again distressed with ink. I added a little bit of button twine and finished with a little bow!

For this week we have two great sponsors:

Winner's Choice of 7 Digital Images

Winner's Choice of 5 Digital Images

Challenges:
Supplies used:
Cardstock - MME Love Me from The Ribbon Reel
Image - Bugaboo Stamps
Other - Natural Button Twine from The Ribbon Reel, Distress Ink Walnut, Nesties, Promarkers

TFL!

This is so sweet Keilly, great distressing with your poor fingernails! I use the flat of my scissors for distressing.
Great colouring on the image, and I love the doily mat and touch of pearls.

You really got the papers to do the work without a lot of embellies-I love that! Darling image and gorgeous card!
