Flowers for June

Well, its the first Friday of the month so The Daring Cardmakers are back to their year long monthly theme. June flowers are the Rose and Honeysuckle. I opted for Rose, as I had plenty of products at hand for this.

Here is my card:

I used some gorgeous blue pattened paper from the Papermania collection and the pink paper is from MME.

The roses are from the ribbon reel, both the large and small ones. I added a little iced lime seam binding behind the large rose to represent leaves.

The little bird was handcut from chipboard and painted with Distress Crackle. I added a couple of buttons to represent its wing.
